'I'm not a second-string anything'

"Chastity has changed my life. It’s made me so much happier and it’s improved my relationships with men and women. It’s made me more hopeful…Any variation on the term virgin to describe someone who isn’t a virgin such as revirginized essentially means that someone is a second-string virgin. I’m not a second-string anything. I’m not a virgin. I’m chaste. My feeling is that we can’t all be virgins but we can all be chaste."

— Me, interviewed by Elizabeth Kelly for the syndicated online magazine Greenmaple Wellness. Elizabeth is a great interviewer and writes with depth; her articles for that little-known, yet widely syndicated magazine are hidden treasures.
